With a growing level of internationalization HR Management should become more than just a manager of international interfaces between Headquarter and subsidiaries. Globalisation – if taken seriously – demands an integrated approach to HR management, aligning every detail of Human Resources throughout all levels and functions towards a consistent international and multinational organization.
With our services – International Recruiting, Intercultural Training, Strategic Consulting - we advise companies on the HR side on globalization processes. Doing so we see ourselves as an internationally focused management consultant for international Human Resources.
Be it when recruiting a CFO in India, preparing teams for project cooperation with Russia, or facilitating an integration process of a newly acquired subsidiary in France: Recruiting, Training and Strategic Consulting are affected and interdependent. This is reflected by us.
Our know-how, our experience and our international pool of candidates are at our client's disposal. We strive for sustainable business relationships and partnerships where the only relevant goal of our activities is the business success of our clients. We welcome and regularly ask for feedback and suggestions to improve the palette of our services.
We are committed to our candidates, as they are the wealth of our business. We connect their international experience, their cultural know-how and their professional strengths to the project or company which best fits them. We see our pool of candidates as an active and durable network in which we invest our time, money, guidance and training.
We share the same interests as our partners: a high quality education, personal guidance and tailor-made placement. Supporting their work in any way possible is an important concern to us.
